Monsanto India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2011, to consider and announce recommendation of issue of bonus shares and consequent increase of authorized share capital and alteration of capital clauses in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company for approval of the members.
