Venky's (India) reported net profit of Rs 6.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against net loss of Rs 4.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales rose 19.03% to Rs 108.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 91.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year, net profit declined 2.12% to Rs 11.52 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 11.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales rose 7.54% to Rs 410.48 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 381.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
