The results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007
The Company has posted a profit after tax of Rs 51.70 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 40.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 2912.20 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 to Rs 3951.80 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.
The results for the Year ended March 31, 2007
The Company has posted a profit after tax of Rs 341.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 327.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 12249.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2006 to Rs 15179.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The Group has posted a profit after tax of Rs 350.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 264.40 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 12378.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2006 to Rs 15361.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2007.
Jyoti Structures net profit rises 53.32% in the March 2007 quarter
Sales rise 28.76% to Rs 304.34 crore
Net profit of Jyoti Structures rose 53.32% to Rs 15.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 10.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales rose 28.76% to Rs 304.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 236.37 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.
For the full year, net profit rose 97.07% to Rs 54.53 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 27.67 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales rose 38.87% to Rs 1024.98 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 738.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
