Net profit of Eldeco Housing & Industries rose 45.56% to Rs 1.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 0.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales declined 15.42% to Rs 13.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 15.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year, net profit rose 19.77% to Rs 4.12 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 3.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales rose 2.51% to Rs 40.46 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 39.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
