Agro Tech Foods net profit rises 87.50% in the March 2007 quarter

Sales rise 5.16% to Rs 252.80 crore

Net profit of Agro Tech Foods rose 87.50% to Rs 7.50 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 4.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales rose 5.16% to Rs 252.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 240.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year, net profit rose 257.78% to Rs 16.10 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 4.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales rose 10.68% to Rs 1038.10 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 937.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
